1. The ADAPTICA SAS Virtual Store is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

3. Purchases can be made with Mercadopago and PayPal operators.

4. Unlimited purchases can be made in one day as long as the product is available.

5. The prices of the products offered in the ADAPTICA SAS Virtual Store are expressed in Colombian Pesos unless otherwise stated.

6. The delivery time for shipping is 1 to 2 business days in Bogotá and 2 to 4 business days nationwide, counting from 3:00 pm on the business day on which the purchase is made, unless otherwise expressly stated.

7. The shipping cost is already included in the final price of the product.

8. As soon as the transaction is completed, a notification of successful transaction will be automatically sent to the email address registered by the customer, indicating in detail the amounts paid and the details of the products purchased, as well as the data recorded for delivery.

9. Product delivery takes place from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

10. Delivery will be made to the address registered by the customer (as the shipping address).

11. Address or data changes must be notified within 24 hours after placing the order to the email ventas@pastor.com.co. For security reasons, after this period, address changes will not be made.

12. Orders that present delivery failures due to erroneous data or other data beyond the control of ADAPTICA SAS, which incur an additional cost, must be assumed by the customer.

13. Shipments will only be made within Colombian territory to destinations that appear in the coverage area list at the time of registration.

14. ADAPTICA SAS delivers orders through INTER RAPIDISIMO, SERVIENTREGA, ENVÍA, COORDINADORA and TCC in pursuit of a timely and quality service.

15. In the event that the product is not received at the registered address, it will be returned to ADAPTICA SAS, and the buyer must contact us via email at ventas@pastor.com.co or communicate through the link http://www.pastor.com.co/contacto to coordinate a new delivery, the cost of which will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

17. The customer must verify the condition of the delivered product (that it is completely sealed and unaltered) within a maximum period of 24 hours. If the product shows any changes during delivery, it must be reported to the email ventas@pastor.com.co or through the link http://www.pastor.com.co/contacto.

18. The sales invoice will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of registration.

20. The customer will have the right to withdraw within the first 3 business days of purchase. The purchase must be returned in perfect condition and without any alterations, and the shipping costs for the return of the product must be assumed as established by Law 1480 of 2011.22. 22. In the event of an accident, ADAPTICA SAS reserves the right to cancel the shipment of the product for reasons beyond normal operation, after notifying the buyer.

23. If the product has been discontinued or sold out, ADAPTICA SAS will refund the buyer's full amount upon prior notice.

24. ADAPTICA SAS reserves the right to any involuntary error in the transcriptions of the advertised products.

25. The promotions and prices shown in the ADAPTICA SAS Virtual Store may vary compared to the prices in distributor stores.

31. Every transaction will receive confirmation of successful purchase with the order number and description of the purchased product. Likewise, once the order has been processed, an email will be sent with the tracking number to the registered address.
