1. ADAPTICA SAS offers its customers the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase during the first 3 business days after delivery of the product. The aforementioned withdrawals must be requested by email at ventas@pastor.com.co or by accessing the link http://www.pastor.com.co/contacto.

2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must comply with certain general conditions. When a product has specific conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, these will be specified in the product characteristics.

2.1. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR A WITHDRAWAL:

2.1.1 The product must not be damaged or deteriorated by actions corresponding to the customers.

2.1.2. The product must have labels, sales invoice, accessories and original packaging (including manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.).

2.1.3. The product must not show signs of use, dirt or wear.

2.1.4. The product must not have been delivered more than three (3) business days ago.

2.1.5. The purchased product must not be perishable, for personal or intimate use.

3. LOGISTICS CONDITIONS OF THE WITHDRAWAL

3.1. The customer must assume the shipping costs for the return of the product as established by Law 1480 of 2011.

3.2. When the product exceeds 20 kg, it will be collected directly at the place where the product was delivered.

3.3. The personnel in charge of collecting the product are not authorized to disassemble or manipulate the product; their only function will be to collect it.

3.4. If the product is not packed in its original packaging, the collection will not proceed.

4. REFUND CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

If the product was paid for by credit card, the payment will be reversed to your credit card and the money will be refunded to the card used within a period of no more than 15 business days after ADAPTICA SAS, REPELENTE DE INSECTOS / MOSQUITOS accepts the withdrawal. 5. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING WRONG PRODUCT.

Once the Customer Service area receives the required documents and the data is corroborated, within 48 business hours the instructions will be sent so that the return is made at a point of the courier company chosen by the customer. Once the return process is completed, the reordering will be carried out so that the customer receives the product with the characteristics initially purchased.

6. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS FOR MISSING PARTS OR PRODUCTS.

In the event that the customer receives an incomplete delivery, the following procedure must be carried out in order to verify the validity of the claim:

In this case, within 48 business hours, instructions will be sent to make the return using any courier company chosen by the customer.

7. WARRANTY POLICY

In the event that a product purchased through the ADAPTICA SAS, INSECT / MOSQUITO REPELLENT Virtual Store presents quality problems attributed to its manufacturing, the customer may contact ADAPTICA SAS, INSECT / MOSQUITO REPELLENT through ventas@pastor.com.co or by entering the link http://www.pastor.com.co/contacto. ADAPTICA SAS, INSECT / MOSQUITO REPELLENT will provide adequate support to the warranty request. All warranty requests must meet the following conditions:

7.1. The product must have the invoice.

7.2. Product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect. No warranty will apply if the product shows signs of misuse, dirt or wear.

7.3. The product must have original labels, accessories and packaging (including manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.)

7.4. The user must send photos showing the problem to the email ventas@pastor.com.co. Once the customer service area of ​​ADAPTICA SAS, INSECT / MOSQUITO REPELLENT determines the origin of the guarantee, the customer will be sent the return instructions so that the product is sent to the courier company chosen by the customer. If the customer does not send the product after the expiration of the guide, he will have to assume its cost in a subsequent shipment.

7.5. The replacement product must be delivered to the customer at the registered address within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the product by ADAPTICA SAS, INSECT / MOSQUITO REPELLENT.

7.6. In the event of a refund, ADAPTICA SAS, INSECT / MOSQUITO REPELLENT will have up to 15 business days to make the refund, understanding that the product cannot be replaced or repaired.
