Orders are shipped the same day the purchase order is generated, as long as it is a business day and it is generated before 1:00 pm. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be arranged the next business day.
Orders are sent via the courier companies INTER RAPIDISMO, SERVIENTREGA, or the company's delivery vehicle.
For addresses in Bogotá and surrounding areas, orders take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered.
For addresses in the rest of the country, orders take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.
Once the tracking number has been generated, it will be sent to the email addresses registered at the time of purchase.
