Shipping Terms
- Orders are shipped the same day the purchase order is generated, as long as it is a business day and it is generated before 3:00 pm.
- Orders are sent via the courier companies INTER RAPIDISMO, SERVIENTREGA, or the company's delivery vehicle.
- For addresses in Bogotá and surrounding areas, orders take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered.
- For addresses in the rest of the country, orders take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered.
- Once the tracking number has been generated, it will be sent to the email addresses registered at the time of purchase.
